SAVE THE DATE: OAKLAND CHINATOWN LUNAR NEW YEAR PARADE 2/28

The Oakland Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade is a beloved community tradition that brings families, cultural groups, and local businesses together to welcome the new year with vibrant performances and celebration. Hosted by the Oakland Chinatown Improvement Council, it honors heritage while highlighting and supporting the heart of Oakland Chinatown.
Honorary Guest: Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu's Father Arthur Liu
Arthur Liu has been an important part of Alysa Liu’s journey from the very beginning. As a dedicated and deeply involved parent, he played a major role in supporting her early figure skating development, helping guide her training path and helping her access top coaching opportunities throughout her figure skating career. His commitment and support helped lay the foundation for Alysa’s rise in the sport.
Please come out and celebrate with us as we welcome Mr. Liu and honor the families, mentors, and supporters who help shape the next generation of talent and leaders.
